Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977)
Review by Bradley Frohloff

For the most part, Exorcist II: The Heretic is not a particularly compelling or suspenseful movie. They try to explain the backstory of Pazuzu, which is a fine idea in theory, but I didn't find those scenes all that interesting. The movie doesn't really pick up until you're 100 minutes into it and even then the latter parts are kind of silly and underwhelming.
This is a disappointing follow-up to one of the greatest horror movies of all time.

Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977)
Review by Chris James

There's a scene in this movie in which James Earl Jones spits out a tomato in slow-motion. That sums up my thoughts on "The Exorcist II: The Heretic" better than a full review could.
